We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented team member for our graphic design and customer service department.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with a variety of tasks where both creativity and service orientation are important. Your main responsibilities include, among others;

• Creation and processing of graphic material for stamps, flags, name tags, and signs.
• Customer service via phone, email, and in-person contact.
• Order management, as well as advising on products and solutions.
• Supplier contacts

We are looking for someone who;

• Works in a structured, careful manner and takes great responsibility for their tasks.
• Has the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Is service-oriented and has a professional approach to customer interactions.
• Has good technical skills in graphic work and a creative problem-solving ability.
• Enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Is experienced in using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
