As a nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Björkgården is a special accommodation divided into four floors with 51 apartments, 11 of which are for those with dementia. Björkgården is centrally located in Råsunda, close to the subway, bus, and commuter train.

With us, you will have competent managers who support and develop you in your role as a nursing assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the role of nursing assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction can involve conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You may also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration and training.

As a temporary worker with us, you have good chances of getting longer temporary positions or permanent employment in the future.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for hourly/part-time positions with start date as agreed, now or for the summer.

You should be able to provide:

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
