During the summer months, we at Skövdebostäder need to strengthen our organization with a number of seasonal employees. The tasks involve taking care of our buildings both inside and outside. The seasonal employment is longer than that of summer staff and is suitable for those who have a bit more work experience.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with practical tasks. Typical tasks include cleaning staircases, maintaining green areas, waste management, and garbage disposal. Some positions also involve simpler repair work in the properties.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a good sense of service. You also possess social skills and find it easy to collaborate. Since you will be replacing regular staff, it is advantageous if you have training and/or some experience in outdoor maintenance or technical work.

Duration and contact

We are looking for staff who can work part of or the entire period from April to September.

The positions are fixed-term full-time employment and are regulated according to Fastigo's collective agreement, the F-agreement. The union representative for the Property Employees' Union is Tomas Kosir, 0500-50 52 03.
