Your Role with Us

With us, you will encounter an exciting variety of tasks with great opportunities to influence your own work situation. You will primarily work with reception duties. We also have a child healthcare center (BVC), and it may be relevant for you to support that operation as well. If you are interested in exercising leadership in combination with patient work, there are opportunities for that too.

With us, you have the opportunity to put your personal touch on the medical reception and its structure. Together with the medical staff and a stable team, you will be involved in developing the healthcare center's work with patient safety and quality work. On-call duties are included in the evening and weekend reception located at Vårdcentralen Västra Vall in central Varberg.

About the Workplace

Vårdcentralen Tvååker is a pleasant healthcare center and workplace where we work together for the best interests of the patient and where everyone in the team helps each other. The healthcare center is an important community actor, and we see ourselves as Tvååker's healthcare center. Here, we are about 25 employees taking care of our 6000 registered patients. For us, it is important that the patient experiences it as simple and welcoming in their contacts with us.

We offer well-functioning care and, in addition to the medical reception, a stable interdisciplinary care with district nurses, BVC, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, and lab services. We also have a psychosocial team.

The healthcare center is centrally located in the community of Tvååker. You can easily reach us by public transport, which takes about 15 minutes from Varberg. If you drive, we have good parking facilities and are close to the motorway exit. We share premises with a pharmacy, public dental care, and there are also service apartments in the building.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist in general medicine. You have good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are goal-oriented and engaged. In your work, you are driven by quality, continuity, and patient safety. You are communicative, willing to bring new ideas, and show joy in your work. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
