We are looking for patient, service-oriented, and friendly care assistants and nursing aides for Casa Berget home care in Mölndal. You are passionate about helping the elderly have a pleasant and meaningful everyday life and possess a B driver's license.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications – Requirements

• Humanistic view of humanity where all people are unique and equally valuable
• Responsible and flexible, able to work according to a rotating schedule (day/evening, weekdays/weekends)
• Patience, warmth, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Criminal record check
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• B driver's license

Meritorious

• Nursing program or equivalent education
• Knowledge of dementia and geriatrics
• Experience in medication handover and personal care
