We are now looking for you who want to take the next step in your career - as an assistant store manager with us at Circle K Kista Akalla, a station with a car wash, car rental, and high customer flow. The position is full-time and permanent with an initial six-month probationary period. The schedule for this position is rolling over three weeks, with shifts scheduled for days, evenings, and every third weekend. In this role, you will combine service and leadership and be an important part of the daily operations alongside the store manager. As part of your development, you will have the opportunity to participate in Circle K's nine-month certification program, where you will strengthen your leadership and business understanding, with the goal of eventually taking on the role of store manager.

In this role, you will have a monthly salary of 29,800-33,600 SEK, your exact salary level is based on your previous experience in service and is verified by providing employer certificates during the recruitment process. In addition to your monthly salary, you will receive compensation for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Does this sound interesting?
