Working hours: Varying, more information will be provided during a possible interview
Duration: On-call employment, but also the possibility of summer temporary work during the summer of 2026. A probationary period of 6 months applies.

The advertisement targets an existing stationary object in Katrineholm. As our customer grows, we need to recruit new skilled employees.

We work closely with our customer who has high demands on our delivery and execution of services, while this is an exciting and challenging assignment. You will work together with the customer, visitors, and contractors in the daily operations where the focus on service and physical security is the highest priority. Some knowledge and interest in technology and good Swedish & English in spoken and written form is required as the customer is English-speaking.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high service and is responsible, self-driven, and used to taking initiative. You should enjoy working independently as well as in a team. We prefer that structuring, solution-oriented thinking, and flexibility come naturally to you. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Our general requirements for this position:
You must be of legal age and have a clean criminal record*, according to FAP 573-2, you also need to be drug-free and have a high school diploma. In addition, you need to have good Swedish and English in spoken and written form. To work at Avarn, you need to have good health and physical fitness with a stable economy. You must also possess a B driver's license.

Desirable qualifications:
Security guard training (VU1 + VU2), protection guard training, or other training from the security industry. An interest in technology and technical knowledge is also a plus.

If you have the right profile for Avarn and you proceed in the process but do not already possess the required training (VU1, VU2), we will cover your training! Security guard training (VU1, 9 days) is conducted at BYA, the Security Industry's Professional and Work Environment Committee. Participation in this is a prerequisite for employment.
