Regional Key Account Manager

We are looking for someone who wants to take a central role in driving growth and profitability in Region Mitt.

What does the role of Regional Key Account Manager at Würth entail?

As a Regional Key Account Manager (R-KAM) at Würth, you will be responsible for processing customers within the sales area of Region Mitt, where you will manage and develop regionally large accounts. You will play a key role in processing, developing, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the region. There will be a clear focus on processing leads and prospects. With great responsibility and freedom, you will help influence our success by ensuring that both customer and company goals are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for processing and developing our customer relationships across the sales area.
  • Actively working to ensure growth and profitability in the customer portfolio according to set business goals.
  • Conducting regular and proactive customer meetings to ensure satisfied and loyal customers.
  • Acting as support to the rest of the sales organization in the region to achieve set goals.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure high quality in our agreements and deliveries.

We want you to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Be goal and results-driven and find new business opportunities through curiosity and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Be used to driving your own work, structured, and have good endurance.
  • Good business understanding and the ability to develop both profitability and sales.
  • Be skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships both internally and externally, you can get others on board.
  • Have digital maturity, navigate and seek information in various systems. You are used to working in Office 365 with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently and are comfortable presenting at various levels.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with contracts, negotiations, and implementation.

It is also an advantage if you have worked in sales towards similar industries or have other industry knowledge.

Avesta, Borlänge, Karlstad, Örebro, Eskilstuna, Västerås are suitable residential areas for this position.

Other:

Travel and overnight stays will be required. A valid B driver's license is required. Company car, computer, and mobile phone are included.
