Folkuniversitetet is engaged in popular education and adult education throughout Sweden. Our idea is to provide people with the conditions for a richer life through knowledge and creativity. Knowledge changes. Job responsibilities:

• Teaching, preparation, planning, and follow-up work. Participate in development work as agreed.

• Quality work by taking part in expectations before the course and evaluations after the course ends.

• Participant contacts between lessons related to course content, e.g., preparations or homework.

Qualifications:

Circular leaders within Folkuniversitetet must have:

• Pedagogical experience.

• Subject matter expertise/work experience in the subject.

• Preferably experience and an active interest in adult pedagogy.

• Basic IT skills.

Your language proficiency in the teaching language should correspond to that of a native speaker, and we prefer that you have a relevant academic degree. Desired personal qualities include the willingness and ability to work independently as well as in a group, good social skills, initiative, a positive attitude towards change and development, and an ethical approach.

Folkuniversitetet in Södertälje-Sörmland conducts open course activities in languages, including distance learning.

We are continuously working to develop our course offerings and would like to hear from you if you can work with adult education in a circular format, a few hours per week remotely via Zoom - in the evenings teaching Hebrew.
