About the job
As an Internal Sales Representative at EUROPART in Jönköping, you will play a central role in strengthening our customer relationships and driving sales forward. You will also be responsible for the delivery vehicle. You will work with:
- Proactively engaging the branch's customers to increase sales
- Building long-term relationships with our existing and new customers
- Active sales and advising our customers on our products and services.
- Order administration and follow-up to ensure our customers are always satisfied
- Handling complaints and return cases
- Working to achieve the sales budget.
- Some warehouse work may occur
- Collaborating with the Branch Manager and other colleagues to achieve common goals.
What are we looking for?

You have a sense for business and the ability to create sustainable relationships and trust with customers. If you are also responsive, solution-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team, this could really be the job for you!
- You have previous vehicle technical knowledge
- Experience with trucks, trailers, or other heavy parts is a plus
- You have experience in sales and customer service
- You have good computer skills and can handle business systems
- You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as have basic knowledge of English
