About the Role

As a printer, you hold a central position in production where you work on a state-of-the-art Heidelberg XL75, which with its 6 color units and double coating units provides both flexibility and impressive finish in every production. You will be part of a team of 4 printers, and this position is on a two-shift schedule. You will print all of Nordic Carton's products and ensure that your work is performed according to the company's high standards.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Printing production of all types of products according to a predetermined schedule

- Ensuring that produced products meet the correct quality and being responsible for adjusting the printing presses for each new product.

- Performing operator maintenance

- Working with dedicated technical aids for quality assurance

- Basic troubleshooting for printing-related issues

- Contributing to improvement work, process development, and quality monitoring

About You

This position is for you who want to work with high precision and advanced offset printing. To succeed in the role, we see that you have previous experience in offset printing and want to develop by having the opportunity to work with very advanced products and printing technology. You have a good understanding of production flows and are used to working independently with high-quality standards. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and proactive. You show commitment and build trust through results and dedication in your work. You are humble, cooperative, and curious to learn new things.

In addition, the following is required:

- Documented experience in offset printing with high quality standards for results

- Computer literacy and experience with production documentation

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

- Driver's license B and access to a car for commuting to manage shift times

Additional Information

Start: By agreement

Location: Malmö

Scope: Full-time

Working hours: Rolling two-shift (Monday-Friday 06-14:00, Monday-Thursday 14:00-23:00)

Salary: By agreement
