We are currently looking for more production workers with operator experience who want to work extra for our client in Malmö, which is one of the leading companies in cosmetics. We offer you the opportunity to become part of a well-known company and a member of the Boxflow consultant team.

As a consultant for our client, you will be part of a wonderful team in production, and together you will work to ensure the daily operations. The work is scheduled during daytime on weekdays. The client applies day-to-day booking.

We would like you to have availability for 3-4 days a week and be able to start training immediately!

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks will vary but will include both work in production with machine operation, quality controls, and assembly of cosmetics. In addition, you may also work with hand packaging of the finished products. The work is performed in a clean room, which requires adherence to rules regarding work clothing, hygiene, and work methods.

Profile & Background

To succeed in this role, we believe you have some form of previous experience in industrial work. As a person, we think you are flexible and have a good ability to work in a team as well as independently. As a production worker, you will learn several different stations and tasks, but to thrive in the role, you need to be comfortable with monotonous tasks. To be considered for the position, you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
