We are currently seeking machine operators for an international company that offers sustainable energy solutions. Our client has a development-oriented environment with high ceilings and is characterized by a culture of teamwork and community. The job involves varied tasks, and you will receive thorough training at the company's various stations initially before your work begins. You will then be responsible for one station before gradually learning the company's other workstations. This is because our client advocates rotation in the work. Most of the machines you handle are automated, and there is a requirement for basic skills in programming and troubleshooting. You will also quality assure the products manufactured to ensure they meet the quality required by the company's customers. Some tasks involve heavy lifting and therefore require good physical condition. The work usually takes place in two shifts, but night and weekend work may also occur.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a driven, social, and humble person with an eye for detail. You are not afraid to pitch in where needed and you are self-sufficient. Furthermore, you work just as well individually as in a group and have good problem-solving skills and an efficient working method. We also see that you are motivated to achieve the set daily goals in production with the highest quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Completed high school education, preferably in technology or industry.
Basic understanding of the manufacturing industry and technical comprehension.
Experience in previous work as an operator or similar.
Open to working both 2-shift and 3-shift.
Good physical condition, as heavy work is involved.
Forklift license A and B
