About the Job

Ikett is now looking for a skilled planer for wood for a position with our client in Glimåkra.

In the role of a planer, you will work with:

Planing of wooden details in various types of wood, both solid wood and MDF
Setting, adjusting, and monitoring planers and profiling machines
Checking dimensions, fit, and quality of processed products.

Working hours are 2-shift.
Start date: January.

The employment begins as a consultant through Ikett Personalpartner AB.

Your Profile

For this role, we are looking for someone who has:

Experience working as a planer or in mechanical wood processing.
Good knowledge of different types of wood and their properties.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and quality awareness.

Experience in furniture production, carpentry, or similar is an advantage.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills since the work takes place at our clients' sites.
