Bäckgården is centrally located in Gnosjö and has three departments for people with dementia, with a total of 26 apartments. The accommodation has a fenced garden and a day activity program. At Bäckgården, we work with the BPSD registry and Senior alert, which allows us to have close cooperation with nurses and rehabilitation staff to ensure our elderly feel as good as possible. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Care work for people with dementia
• Documentation
• Tasks as a designated care contact
• Collecting information and registering in the BPSD registry and Senior alert
• Possible representative roles may occur

QUALIFICATIONS

Certified nursing assistant education is required.

Dementia training is considered an asset but is not a requirement.
