ABOUT THE JOB

Would you like to work with us in Lycksele Municipality in the summer of 2026?

Our employees are important, and we want them to have recovery and vacation. We want to maintain a good working environment and high patient safety even during the summer. Therefore, we are now looking for nurses to strengthen our team during the summer with the possibility of continued employment afterwards. We seek your competence as a nurse in all our operations; care and nursing homes, home care, disability care, as well as evening and night patrols. Within Lycksele Municipality, you will work as a nurse with health and medical care interventions – for example, medication management, documentation, assessments, and supervision of other staff. You are also responsible for ensuring that the medical interventions work well for our users and coordinate contacts with doctors and other professionals within primary care and hospitals.

SUMMER OFFER

For newly graduated nurses, we offer competitive and individualized salary setting. In addition to the starting salary, you will receive an extra 1500 SEK/week for full-time work during the period from 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-16. To be eligible for this bonus, you need to work continuously for at least four weeks during the specified period.

For those with more than one year of experience, we offer an extra 5000 SEK/week, which means 20,000 SEK/month in addition to your base salary during the period from 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-16. This means a salary level starting from 54,500 SEK/month including bonuses. To be eligible for this bonus, you need to work continuously throughout the entire specified period.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience, as well as those who are newly graduated nurses without experience. It is an advantage if you have specialist training in district nursing, geriatrics, or psychiatry. Experience as a nurse is required to work evenings and nights. A driver's license and driving experience are also required.

As a nurse in the municipality, you and your nursing colleagues have the highest medical competence. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy taking responsibility, have good initiative, and contribute to good communication in collaboration with other professional groups. Of course, you have a good and respectful approach in contact with patients and relatives.
