We at the home care services Björnen and Gullänget are now looking for two dedicated colleagues for permanent weekend work! Together we work to ensure that the people we serve receive the right support based on their needs – delivered with respect, good service, and a professional approach.

The Position
The positions are permanent part-time contracts with a working percentage of 40-60%, which means you will work every weekend or 3 out of 4 weekends. Working hours are scheduled Friday-Sunday, Saturday-Monday, or only Saturday and Sunday. The home care services Björnen and Gullänget currently coordinate their schedules, which means working in other home care groups than your own. Start date is January 7, 2026, or as agreed.

Job Responsibilities
As a team member, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our clients. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone who receives support from us feels secure in staying in their home.
Participation, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements create the conditions for good quality. We work with welfare technology aimed at increasing safety, participation, and independence for our clients.
Your tasks include personal care, assisting with household chores in clients' homes, managing medications and wound dressings, documentation, case management tasks, as well as social and physical activities with our clients. We work as a team, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life for our clients.
We offer you a meaningful job where you have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in palliative care, dementia, rehabilitative approaches, and transfer techniques.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in care and support is an advantage.
It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and open to new ideas and working methods.
For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required to communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.
A valid driver's license, category B, and access to your own car are required.
