We are looking for

We are now looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a focus on emergency care and previous experience from emergency care, such as emergency departments, intensive care, or ambulance care. It is an advantage if you have further education such as casting techniques, emergency care, or other training relevant to the workplace.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you are flexible and used to working in a structured manner. You can plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. As a person, you are stable, have good collaboration skills, and can handle complex issues.

What you will work with

As a nursing assistant in the emergency department, you will gradually be trained in the various functions available here, and at the same time, you will broaden your competence and gain variation in your work. You will encounter everything from minor ailments to the most acute cases, meeting patients of all ages – from newborns to 100-year-olds. You will be part of a cheerful team with confident colleagues who are willing to share their knowledge.
In the emergency department, we truly value ideas for change and constantly work to improve, both for the patient and for the organization. We are proud of our workplace and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards both staff and patients.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position. Working hours are scheduled for day/evening. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
