We are looking for

For the position, you must be a licensed physician, and it is advantageous if you have a B driver's license.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You have a good ability to work independently and responsibly, while being flexible and able to adapt to new challenges and changes. You thrive in an interdisciplinary team and have strong collaboration skills that contribute to developing care processes and patient interactions. Furthermore, you are interested in – and capable of participating in – development work at both the individual and organizational levels. You have good communication skills and express yourself well in both speech and writing, which creates good conditions for collaboration and a patient-centered approach. We are also looking for someone who is willing to take responsibility for their education and professional development while receiving close support from supervisors, managers, and study directors.

What you will work with

As a resident physician with us, you will work with general medical tasks that include both acute and planned activities. Your duties will include outpatient work, both acute and planned, child health care, home care, and nursing homes. As a resident physician, you are responsible for your own development and education with support from supervisors, unit managers, and study directors. You work according to an individual education plan tailored to your needs and the goals of the education.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, Monday to Friday. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
