Laponia Health Center is one of 25 health centers in Norrbotten – a workplace where improvement work and a good working environment are a natural part of everyday life. We strive to be at the forefront for the benefit of our patients and together develop the primary care of the future. Among us are specialist doctors, ST, AT, and BT doctors, district nurses, reception nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, conversation therapists, and staff in child and maternal health care. We have about 9500 registered citizens and a dedicated team of about 40 employees. With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a safe and developing context.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a general practitioner. It is an advantage if you have experience in the field and knowledge of the Cosmic journal system. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible, structured, and communicative. You value and see the benefits of collaboration with others.

What you will work with

At Laponia Health Center, you will meet a wide variety of patients of different ages and life situations, as primary care is the first line of care. The tasks include the entire general medical competence, and you will play an important role in supervising medical students, AT, BT, and ST doctors as well as other staff. We value knowledge exchange and learning in everyday life.
We work in teams and continuity is important. Each doctor has a defined list of patients.
We have a well-structured working method regarding rounds to our special accommodations and home care.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position, daytime. Start date by agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
