ivision psychiat has begun a transition to Close Care, where we move care into the home close to the patient. The clinic is currently designing a specialist psychiatric care team, SPOT. Do you want to be part of the journey and develop the psychiatry of the future? We are currently looking for new employees! Do you want to join us? Welcome with your application today.
We are looking for
We are now looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with psychiatry 2 or caregiver education, we also see that you have work experience. You should have good knowledge of the most common Office programs as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. A B driver's license is a requirement. It is an advantage if you are a specialist nursing assistant in psychiatry and/or have experience of working in psychiatric care and treatment. Knowledge of record-keeping and additional language skills are also an advantage.
We place great emphasis on personal experiences. To thrive in this role, you are flexible, structured, and stable. You can make correct assessments and priorities. Weigh together complex information and different types of considerations and you show judgment in statements, actions, and decisions. Furthermore, you are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards and place great importance on living up to these.
This is what you will work with
As an employee in the SPOT team, you work closely with patients in their own environment and contribute to creating safe, flexible, and individualized psychiatric care. Together in the team, you provide support to patients who need more interventions than what the regular outpatient care can offer – but where home care can be a better alternative than inpatient care. The work is varied and independent and may include:
- supportive conversations and anxiety management
- behavior observations and follow-ups
- phone contact and continuous follow-up of patients
- follow-up after discharge from inpatient care
- support for patients during leave
- family conversations
- participation in resource teams around patients with more complex issues
- collaboration with other care providers and municipalities
The SPOT team works on behalf of doctors in both inpatient and outpatient care and is an important link between different parts of psychiatry. SPOT is an operation that enables more individualized care interventions in outpatient form, often in the patient's home. Through a flexible working method, we can meet the patient's needs where they are. The goal is to:
- strengthen the patient's opportunity to receive care in their home environment
- shorten care times in inpatient care
- in some cases prevent the need for admission
The care is based on a person-centered approach, where the patient's needs, resources, and current well-being are at the center.
Target group
SPOT targets patients aged 18 and older within the adult psychiatry catchment area in Luleå and Boden. It concerns patients who need more support than what the regular outpatient care can offer, but who do not need psychiatric inpatient care around the clock.
This is what we offer you
- Continuous training initiatives
- Opportunity for supervision
- Opportunity to influence the design of SPOT
- Development and career opportunities where you can help create the health and care of the future
- Health-promoting workplaces with access to wellness activities and wellness grants
