JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a personal assistant involves assisting the user with the individual needs that arise during personal care, meal situations, transfers, activities, etc. The job includes documenting the users' condition and the measures you take.

There is a dog in the home, and it is part of your duties to assist with dog walks and the care of the dog.

The workplace is located at Lokstallet.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys and has the ability to work with people with physical, mental, and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. We prefer that you have a high school diploma in nursing or another equivalent education in healthcare or child and leisure education with a focus on developmental disabilities, social work, or other experience deemed suitable by the employer. Experience with the target group is an advantage.

As a person, we see that you are attentive, driven, and flexible. We expect you to have a positive and professional approach where you demonstrate good judgment and understand that you influence the situation when you express yourself and act. We also see that you find it easy to collaborate and have a good ability to work with different kinds of people. Additionally, you must master Swedish in speech and writing and have good communication skills. Personal suitability is of great importance.
