Björkskatans Health Center is one of Luleå's largest health centers with approximately 11,700 registered citizens. We have an exciting and varied catchment area with urban population, rural areas, and students attending Luleå University of Technology (LTU). Our services include medical and nursing consultations, laboratory, maternal and child healthcare, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and a psychosocial team. We are part of the Norrbotten care choice. We are over 40 employees working together in close collaboration to develop our working methods for the benefit of our patients and to create a good working environment.
What is new and exciting is that in the new six-year medical education, there is a placement at KUM (Clinical Education Reception).
We are looking for
We are looking for a specialist physician in general medicine who has good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form equivalent to C1 level, as well as knowledge of English. Experience in the profession is an advantage.

It is important that you, as a doctor, have structure in your daily work, a sense of service, and a holistic view for the benefit of the organization.
This is what you will work with
Your tasks include outpatient work, work with the municipality's home healthcare, as well as the municipality's care and nursing homes, and work with maternal and child healthcare. We work with both digital visits and physical visits. The health center is based on the needs of the patients and works for a pleasant working environment with varied and stimulating tasks. The work is independent but within a collaborating team. Scheduled time for joint meetings and internal training.

Information about the position
The position is a permanent full-time employment. Working hours are scheduled during the day with on-call duty in the evenings/weekends at the Emergency Center in Luleå.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
