We are responsible for approximately 7,200 registered residents and strive to offer good and close care, while also ensuring a sustainable work environment where everyone thrives. We are looking for
We are looking for a specialist physician in general medicine with good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form at C1 level. You have a B driver's license. It is an advantage if you have experience in development work and are accustomed to supervising training physicians and students.
We place great importance on your personal qualities. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are self-driven, take your own initiatives, and have good collaboration skills. You also have a holistic view that allows you to see the needs of the organization and the patients in a larger context.
This is what you will work with
In primary care, we have a broad mandate based on general medical practice. This includes outpatient work, work with the municipality's home care, as well as care and nursing homes, child health care, on-call and standby at the emergency center, and supervision of AT, BT, and ST physicians. We work with both digital and physical patient visits in close collaboration with other professional categories at the clinic.
The health center is based on the needs of the patients and strives for a pleasant work environment with varied and stimulating tasks. The work is independent but conducted in a team with good collaboration. There is scheduled time for joint meetings and internal training.

Information about the position
We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, Monday - Friday. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
