Job Description

As a nursing assistant with us, you have a central and independent role in the care work. The department is physically and mentally demanding, the pace can be high, and the conditions change quickly. This places high demands – but also provides a job that is both developing and meaningful. You will also become part of a strong and wonderful community where everyone works together towards the same goal.

• enjoys working in a team and takes responsibility for the whole
• stress-resistant and can prioritize even in pressured situations
• able to plan and structure work together with the team
• meticulous, solution-focused, and has a good approach
• genuinely interested in geriatric care

• familiar with – or curious about – working in an acute inpatient care environment
