JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant within Home Care, you will provide support, care, and assistance to individuals in their daily lives. All services are assessed based on the individual needs of the customer. The work takes place in and around the customer's own home, and the responsibility includes creating conditions for good quality of life and a meaningful existence for the customer we assist. Delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists are included in the work. The position also includes resource tours. Documentation on the computer is also a significant part of the tasks as you both read and write journal notes and implementation plans. The position also includes being a fixed care contact for a customer's entire process.

The position is a temporary contract from 260216 to 260930.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. You can express yourself well in speech, writing, and reading comprehension in the Swedish language. Experience in writing journal notes, documentation skills, and creating implementation plans is a prerequisite for the position. Experience in caregiving work in home care is a requirement. You have a B driver's license and driving experience as well as cycling experience. Furthermore, you have experience in medical delegation.
