About the role:

As a Serviceteamer, you will be part of our quality team, working closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead to ensure high-quality service delivery. In this role, you will support new colleagues in the field while also performing start and deep cleanings, window cleaning, and substitute shifts. When needed, you will carry out quality checks, accompany new employees during their onboarding, and assist with light administrative tasks.

You play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards in our workflows. The role also includes continuous communication and feedback to your manager, as well as participation in monthly quality team meetings.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoy working in a team with other colleagues.

• Have previous experience from a cleaning profession.

• Is committed and wants to develop within cleaning

• Speaks Swedish or English

• Can work flexible hours, 8am-5pm

• Are flexible to work without fixed customers

• Have a valid driving license (B)
