We are now looking for an estimator who not only calculates but also enjoys taking responsibility, making decisions, and has the ability to drive projects to completion.

As an estimator at Täta tak, you will play a crucial role in our continued development. You will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive calculations and quotes for our contracts, in connection with public procurements, commercial clients, and housing associations. You will work closely with project management, site managers, and management – and you are accustomed to independently planning, prioritizing, and delivering.

• Prepare calculations and quotes for roofing contracts

• Analyze tender documents and drawings

• Manage and compile documentation for public procurements

• Monitor material costs and subcontractors

• Support project managers in startup and financial follow-up

• Contribute technical knowledge and improvement suggestions

• A doer who gets things done

• Confident in yourself and used to making your own decisions

• Experienced in the construction, roofing, or contracting industry, preferably with a background in estimating or procurement. Project management experience is also of interest.

• Structured, meticulous, and business-minded

• Thrives in an environment with short decision-making paths and clear responsibilities

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement; English is a plus
