Our home care service in Täby is growing, and we are now looking for a team leader who wants to help strengthen the team in everyday life. This is a role for you who enjoys being close to customers, is confident in care work, and wants to take a clear step forward in responsibility and leadership.

At Aleo Omsorg, as a team leader, you have a central role where you combine practical work in home care with leadership and administrative tasks. You lead and coordinate a team of about 8–12 employees, provide daily support for the staff, and are an important relief for the unit manager. Together, you work for high quality, a good working environment, and satisfied customers.

Your responsibilities as a team leader include, among other things:

• Work leadership & support in everyday life – being a secure, present contact for employees and supporting them in their daily work.

• Practical care work – working with customers and being a role model in approach, quality, and professionalism.

• Planning & startups – participating in the startup of new initiatives and ensuring that customers' needs are met in a secure manner.

• Documentation & administration – managing ongoing documentation and simpler follow-ups in close collaboration with the unit manager.

• Quality & work environment – contributing to structure, routines, and a good work climate.

• Team culture & cohesion – building trust, collaboration, and joy in the team.

For this role, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Care and support experience – you have worked in care and support, preferably in home care.

• Certified nursing assistant (meritorious) – preferably with a protected professional title.

• Natural leader in everyday life – you have experience coordinating, supporting, or leading others, formally or informally.

• Unpretentious and supportive – you help where needed and create security around you.

• Stress-resistant and solution-oriented – you remain calm even when the pace is high.

• Communicative and present – confident in contact with colleagues, customers, and relatives.

• Digitally skilled – comfortable with documentation and working in digital systems.

• Driver's license (B-class required) - you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our customers in their homes.

• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document professionally.

Working hours: Monday–Friday and every third weekend (including public holidays).Working time: daytime 07.00 - 15.30.Scope: full-time, 37 h/week.Workplace: Täby.Employment form: permanent with a 6-month probationary period, with start date according to agreement.

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 and operates in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
