Are you a person who thrives in a flexible work environment? We are now seeking a planner for our home care service in Hässelby Gård for a permanent position.

Your Role

As a planner, you report to the unit manager. The following tasks are included in your role:

  • Plan within the home care group and attend the morning report.
  • The planner should be able to use the Schemos planning tool.
  • Regular follow-up with the unit manager.
  • Other tasks delegated by the unit manager.

You should have knowledge of scheduling as well as good computer skills, be stress-resistant and flexible. Social competence and a professional approach are also required as you interact with clients, relatives, care coordinators, and the unit's own staff. You are a meticulous and positive person who can create participation and trust within the staff group. You are a highly driven individual who works well both independently and collaboratively. As a planner, you have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence your work within given frameworks. Therefore, it is important that you are strategic and reliable.

Your Competence and Experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in home care services
  • Certified nursing assistant education
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills.
  • Criminal record extract
  • Experience working with systems such as Schemos, Paraply, and Medvind

Meritorious:

  • Experience in night or specialized home care
  • Driver's license
