Description

We are now looking for more employees for the summer in the roles of nursing assistant, care assistant, aide, personal assistant, and support assistant.

Our wonderful operations in care and support include nursing homes, home care, as well as functional support and LSS. For those who want and have the opportunity, there is also a chance to start working as a substitute already during the spring.

The job with us is varied and offers many exciting meetings with interesting people. You make a big difference for others while also using and developing important skills such as creativity, teamwork, and flexibility.

We offer you as a summer substitute a one-month employment with salary payment after your first month worked. You have the opportunity to work full-time or part-time for up to 10 weeks during the summer period. We prefer that you can work according to a schedule between June-August as continuity is an important part of creating security and comfort for both our care recipients and employees. By working regularly, you and your colleagues will contribute to building strong relationships and a positive work environment. Job Responsibilities

As a summer substitute with us, you have the important role of facilitating and providing support to people in their daily lives. Regardless of which role or operation you apply for, you will among other things:

  • Provide support to care recipients according to our clear work routines.
  • Come up with and carry out activities with care recipients to enhance their quality of life.
  • Document your work to ensure the quality of our operations.

To give you a good start and make you feel secure in your tasks, you will receive an introduction and delegation training. We adapt the introduction based on your knowledge and experience level. You will be employed at our central staffing unit. Since our operations are running around the clock every day of the week, there is the opportunity to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends. A great chance to combine work with days off where you can enjoy the summer!

Your Knowledge and Experience

To thrive with us, you need to have a great interest in working with people and be good at meeting individuals with respect and good service. We place great emphasis on personal suitability as qualities such as good teamwork skills, attentive responses, and the ability to create security in encounters with others are central to all our roles.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old or turning 18 before the summer.
  • Speaks and writes Swedish at least at a basic level.
  • Has good availability during the summer that matches our operations' needs.

It is strongly meritorious if you:

  • Are educated or are in training within a healthcare profession such as a doctor, nurse, or nursing assistant.
  • Have worked in any of our operations or in care and support before.
  • A driver's license is required for home care and functional support.

Our Recruitment Process:

  • Continuous selection: Selection takes place continuously during the application period. This means that the position can be filled before the last application date.
  • Digital language test: Selected candidates will take a digital language test. A passing level is required to proceed in the process.
  • Interview: Candidates are invited for an interview, where we delve into experiences, competencies, and personal suitability.
  • Reference checks: References are taken on final candidates to confirm previous experiences and work methods.
  • Criminal record: Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police's criminal record must be presented.
  • Employment: After completing the process and making a decision, employment is offered.
