Service Employee Resource Group, Falun

Region Service is looking for a Service Employee to join the resource group. You will be part of Region Service's resource group focused on, among other things, cleaning, logistics, and food service within Region Service at Falu Hospital.

The job requires you to be flexible and able to quickly switch between different tasks as no day is the same. The work can at times be physically demanding. Varied working hours such as: daytime, evening, and weekends. Job tasks include regular cleaning, terminal and infection cleaning, dish handling, and transportation of various kinds both within the hospital and outside.

The position is a temporary contract with a chance for extension.

We are looking for someone with a passionate interest and commitment to service and who knows how to meet different types of people. As a person, you are social and outgoing, and it feels natural for you to flexibly switch between different work tasks and duties. Shaping your own and the group's work is a given for you. You strive to do careful work with a good approach where customer satisfaction is the focus. Cooperation, communication, and good relationships with your colleagues in service and care are important to you in your daily life. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Requirements:

• You must have completed a secondary education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• You have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing
• B driver's license (Manual)

Meritorious:

• Experience in cleaning, logistics, or other service professions that the employer deems equivalent
• Good computer skills
• SRY or PRYL training
