About the Role

As a Team Leader, you and your colleagues play an important role in being responsible for the overall experience in the client's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors.

The employment involves a varied job based on the needs of daily operations. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month initial probationary period, based in Borlänge.

• You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service.
• This means you should have a high service level, a good overview of your area, and be able to suggest improvements for the client.
• It is important that you are attentive to the client's needs.
• You easily build good relationships with both clients and employees.
• You have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.
• We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience.
• It is important that you are proficient in the Swedish language.
