For this position, we require that you:

• Have extensive previous experience in home cleaning
• Hold a B driver's license (from Sweden or the EU)
• Have good language skills in both Swedish and English

Can work flexible hours Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 17:00. It is a plus if you:

• Have worked in a leadership role within cleaning and have experience with administrative tools
• Have experience in window cleaning, any service job, or other types of cleaning

About the role

As a Field Lead, you will work pedagogically and coachingly. You will be responsible for training new employees and coaching existing colleagues at Hemfrid in Falun. In this role, you, along with your immediate manager, will be responsible for the training and knowledge provided to new colleagues.

You will work based on a pedagogical model and guide the new employee, as well as existing staff, in the guidelines and policies for Hemfrid's work with our customers. The role includes providing your colleagues with the best possible conditions and a positive and secure support to succeed in their work with us at Hemfrid. As a Field Lead, you will not have fixed customers to visit; instead, you will introduce your new colleagues to the homes of the customers they will work with. Additionally, you will conduct customer visits for coaching purposes for existing staff and be responsible for ensuring the quality of various cleaning assignments performed for our customers. You will also cover for our Area Manager when needed and assist with administrative tasks to ensure that daily operations run smoothly.

Your responsibilities as a Field Lead include, among others:

• Training and coaching new employees in our customers' private homes
• Follow-up with new colleagues after training
• Quality assurance for cleaning assignments
• Quality improvement measures for the team
• Conduct group cleaning training
• Be an expert on cleaning agents and materials
• Participate actively in work that develops the team
• Cover for our Area Managers during illness and absence
• Customer follow-up and visits as needed
