Siljansnäs Hotel changed ownership in 2021 and underwent extensive renovations ahead of its reopening in May of the same year. The development of both the property and hotel operations remains a focus, and we work daily to create the best hotel experience for our guests.

Our vision is to be one of Dalarna's most memorable hotel experiences, where food is at the center in symbiosis with the beautiful view that the hotel offers. This includes excellent service, fresh and spacious rooms, activities around the hotel stay, as well as a wide and well-thought-out beverage selection.

We are currently looking for a part-time hotel cleaner on a year-round basis starting in April/May or full-time during the summer season. In the role of hotel cleaner with us, you will be the face of the hotel to our guests, so we see that you are:

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Service-oriented and social.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Working at Siljansnäs Hotel is varied, challenging, and fun. However, please be aware that the job can sometimes be physically demanding.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Having a pleasant demeanor towards guests.
• Planning and executing daily and weekly cleaning.
• Cleaning rooms and common areas according to established guidelines.
• Ensuring that cleaning always meets expected standards.
• Sorting and handling laundry.
• Inventory and ordering of goods and materials.
• Assisting with unpacking deliveries and keeping order.
• Helping in other areas of the hotel as needed.
• You will also be able to work during breakfast if you wish.

We expect you to have a few years of experience in hotel work. A walkthrough and introduction to the various parts will of course be provided on-site. The job starts immediately and is ongoing with a 6-month probationary period. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may therefore be filled before the application deadline.
