We are a group of creative nursing assistants looking for new colleagues.

Tullaboda is a care and nursing home located in Anderslöv in Trelleborg municipality. We work to ensure that our tenants experience safety, comfort, and high quality. As a nursing assistant with us, you will join a well-knit team that supports each other in daily work so that each tenant receives the best possible care and support. We work on a rotating schedule of days/evenings/weekends.

Job responsibilities
In the role of nursing assistant, you will work with care and service and make everyday life meaningful for our tenants. You will perform health and medical tasks as delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist. The work is planned, documented, and followed up carefully. As a nursing assistant, you will also document in the operational systems available at the workplace. At our workplace, we work across boundaries and help each other with tasks.

Qualifications
For the role of nursing assistant, we are looking for someone who has:

• Certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare for the title of nursing assistant
• Good computer skills and documentation experience
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• At least a B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• We consider it an advantage if you have experience working in elderly care
