As a bus driver, you have a very important, responsible, and flexible job. You transport many people daily to work, school, or perhaps to a dear friend. In this way, you contribute to moving society every day. Our travelers should feel welcome, safe, informed, and able to trust that they are traveling sustainably with you as their driver. As a colleague, you are respectful, care about others, and take responsibility for your assignment, thereby contributing to a good working environment.

We will start our next recruitment training in February 2026, which will last for about 17 weeks. The training is conducted in collaboration with the Public Employment Service and Arcus in Gothenburg. After completing the training, you can work at one of our depots in Sjuhärad.

Requirements to apply for the recruitment training

• You must be at least 24 years old and have a B driver's license.
• You are registered with the Public Employment Service as a job seeker.
• You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As part of the recruitment process, digital tests will be conducted. The tests will be sent to you via email. To proceed in the process, you must achieve a passing result. A background check will always be conducted, and an alcohol and drug test will be performed.
