Are you analytical, enjoy structure, and thrive in a fast-paced planning environment? We are looking for a transport coordinator to join an experienced team in vehicle logistics. Previous experience in transport or logistics is not a requirement; the most important thing is that you are curious, organized, and eager to develop in the role!

About the company: The company operates in vehicle logistics and is responsible for planning and executing transports. This recruitment pertains to the team in Gothenburg, which together manages approximately 135 trucks and ensures that transports are carried out according to customer requirements. More information about the company will be provided during the first interview.

About the role: As a transport coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing daily vehicle transports. The job involves balancing resources, schedules, and customer requirements, much like putting together a large puzzle!

Your main tasks include:

· Monitoring ongoing transports, ensuring that trucks and drivers are in the right place, and managing deviations, from simple disruptions to more complex situations.

· Planning upcoming trips based on routes, vehicle types, driver schedules, and requirements from loading centers, ports, and recipients.

· Streamlining flows through co-loading and rescheduling, as well as ensuring deliveries according to agreed time windows.

· Communicating with drivers, internal colleagues, customer service, and the management of transport companies.

· Documenting and analyzing deviations as part of quality and improvement work.

Are you the one we are looking for? We are seeking a transport coordinator who is curious, analytical, and solution-oriented. You enjoy planning, creating structure, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a holistic perspective. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, drivers, and customer service.

Requirements:

· Approved background check

· Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Interest in cars or the automotive industry in general is a plus, but not a requirement.

Practical information and application

Location: Gothenburg Start: By agreement Salary: Individual salary setting, hourly-based monthly salary. Collective agreement applies. Employment: through consulting assignments for six months with the possibility of extension. Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:30-16:00. The role includes standby time in the evenings (17-21) and on holidays (09-21) according to a rotating schedule, which requires flexibility. More information will be provided during the interview.
