Do you want to drive and develop a modern warehouse operation within FMCG and 3PL?

We are now looking for a Shift Leader for our evening shift in Stenkullen, with working hours 15:00–00:00. The role involves operational leadership with responsibility for ensuring stable, safe, and efficient operations together with the team and other leaders in the business.

About the role

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for the daily operations during the evening shift and work closely with both employees and other shift leaders to create a well-functioning flow throughout the entire operation. This is an operational leadership role where the majority of the work takes place close to daily operations, with some aspects consisting of leadership, follow-up, and coordination. We are therefore looking for someone who is driven by both operational activities and the leadership role.

The role includes among other things:

• Operational management of daily production
• Follow-up on productivity, quality, and safety
• Personnel management and coaching in daily work
• Planning and prioritization based on business needs
• Ensuring good structure and order in the operation
• Collaboration between shifts and functions to create a strong holistic focus
• Follow-up on training, routines, and working environment work

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in leadership within warehousing, logistics, or production
• Are confident in making decisions and driving work forward
• Work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Have good collaboration skills and build relationships between people and teams
• Are clear in your communication and follow up on decisions made
• Have a strong focus on safety and quality
• Thrive in a high-paced environment with quick changes

Experience with FMCG, 3PL, and personnel management is meritorious.
