We are looking for you who are seeking a long-term part-time job. You want/can work 1-3 shifts per week alongside your studies, your own business, or sports commitment. Full-time work is offered during the summer, and there is also extra work around holidays.

As a warehouse employee at Dagab's central warehouse in Hisings Backa, you play a crucial role in ensuring that food arrives – on time and with the right quality – to stores such as Willys, Hemköp, and Tempo across the country. It is an important mission where your contribution makes a difference every day.

Do you lack a forklift license? No problem, you will be trained on-site at Dagab! At Dagab, work can take place on three different departments: the fresh food department, the grocery department, or the freezer department. The primary task in the role is order picking regardless of the department, but with a difference in the temperature you work in. In the fresh food department, it is +4 degrees, in the freezer department, it is -26 degrees, and in the grocery department, it is room temperature.

As a warehouse employee at Dagab, the main responsibilities are:

• Picking and packing orders: You complete orders according to the stores' requests. The work is done with the help of a forklift and pick-by-voice (a voice-directed picking system that helps you pick correctly).

In the long term, other tasks may also become relevant.

In this role, there is an opportunity to work day shifts and evening shifts on weekdays, but holidays may also be relevant.

Day shift hours: 06:00 - 14:45
Evening shift hours: 14:45 - 23:15

The start for the position is late summer and autumn. The position starts with a mandatory full-time training for two weeks. The training is paid and takes place Monday-Friday during daytime or evening hours.

The position is a part-time job where you are mainly booked for work week by week in consultation with our Team Leader on-site.

Dagab creates, stores, and delivers the assortment to Axfood Group's chains such as Hemköp, Willys, City Gross, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. They also develop their own brands, such as Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart.

• You must be 18 years of age.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Available for work 1-3 shifts per week during autumn, spring, and winter.
• Have another main occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studying, sports, having your own business, or other work that you can verify with a certificate).

• Forklift license A1-4.
• Work experience from warehousing, logistics, or similar.
• Previous experience in physical work.
• Positive if you have been or are active in any sport.

You have a positive attitude and like to take responsibility, whether it is about respecting times, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable being followed up on your performance and are motivated by getting clear feedback on a job well done.

To thrive in the role, good physical fitness and taking care of your health are required, as you perform repeated lifts. It is therefore important that you work in an ergonomically correct way and appreciate keeping the body active.

Your ability to cooperate and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group is important – regardless of differences in perspective, culture, background, or language. You also need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contact when performing your tasks. Weight is also placed on other personal qualities.

Salary: According to collective agreement, following the warehouse and e-commerce agreement.
