As a warehouse worker on the dry grocery department at Dagab's central warehouse in Gothenburg, you play a crucial role in ensuring that food arrives – on time and with the right quality – to stores such as Willys, Hemköp, and Tempo across the country. It is an important mission where your contribution makes a difference every day.

Do you lack a forklift license? No problem, you get it for free! The work takes place primarily on the dry grocery department. This means you will mainly work at "room temperature", but work in other temperature-controlled departments at +4 degrees or -26 degrees may occur.

As a warehouse worker at Dagab, the main tasks are:

• Picking and packing orders: You complete orders according to the stores' requests. The work is done using a forklift and pick-by-voice (a voice-directed picking system that helps you pick the right items).

In the long run, other tasks may also become relevant.

In this role, you work day shifts on weekdays. You also work every other Saturday and are off on a weekday instead.

Working hours: 06:00 - 14:45

The employment is a permanent position directly with Dagab, with a standard probationary period of 6 months.

The start date is in late summer or autumn and begins with a two-week training program to ensure you have all the prerequisites to get started well in the job and at the workplace.

Dagab creates, stores, and delivers the assortment to Axfood Group's chains such as Hemköp, Willys, City Gross, Snabbgross, Urban Deli, and Apohem. We also develop our own brands, such as Garant, Eldorado, and Såklart.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
• Unusual working hours suit you (weekend work also occurs).

• Forklift license A1-4.
• Work experience from warehousing, logistics, or similar.
• Previous experience in physical labor.
• Positive if you have been or are active in any sport.

You have a positive attitude and like to take responsibility, whether it is about respecting times, maintaining good quality, or achieving set goals. You are comfortable with performance follow-ups and are motivated by receiving clear feedback on a job well done.

To thrive in this role, good physical fitness and taking care of your health are required, as you perform repeated lifts. It is important that you work in an ergonomically correct way and appreciate keeping your body active.

Your ability to collaborate and contribute to a good atmosphere in the group is important – regardless of differences in perspective, culture, background, or language. You also need to enjoy working independently in the warehouse, as you move over large areas with limited social contact when performing your tasks. Other personal qualities are also valued.

Salary: According to collective agreement, following the warehouse and e-commerce agreement.
