About the role

Here, you become an important part of a team with a family feel and short decision-making paths. You will work both administratively and practically, focusing on high service, structure, and close customer relationships.

You will primarily work with:

• Receiving customer inquiries via phone and email
• Order processing and coordination of incoming orders
• Sales through high service and advisory support
• Picking and packing
• Receiving goods into the warehouse
• Handling complaints and returns
• Booking freight and contacting forwarders
• Creating structure and order in the warehouse

Customers are located both throughout Sweden and internationally, including in the Baltic countries, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Canada. The role therefore involves many contact points and close collaborations both internally and externally.

• High service level and good communication skills
• Technical and/or mechanical interest
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with both customers and colleagues
• Good system proficiency and confidence in various IT systems
• Orderliness and ability to prioritize
• Customer understanding and a solution-oriented approach to work

Previous experience within warehousing, order processing, spare parts, customer service, or technical operations is advantageous.
