About the "client company"

DFDS Professionals is currently recruiting CE drivers for assignments with our sister company, DFDS Logistics Services AB. The company operates within transport solutions with a focus on deliveries to the automotive industry. The operation is located in Arendal in Gothenburg and runs around the clock, six days a week. DFDS Logistics Services has around 250 full-time employees and has a fleet of approximately 300 vehicles, consisting of about 80 heavy trucks and around 220 trailers.

About the position

In the role of driver at DFDS Professionals, you will perform freight transport for our client. The tasks include loading, transporting, and unloading goods. The assignments may vary in length and involve both shorter drives and longer transports, depending on needs.

The work is shift-based and is located in the Gothenburg area. Work shifts may occur at any time of the day.

About you

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you are a confident and responsible driver with a strong safety mindset and care for the vehicle. Since the job involves regular customer contact, it is important that you are service-oriented and comfortable in meeting people. You work independently, are organized, and collaborate well with others. Punctuality and efficiency are crucial in this role, as is a flexible attitude towards working hours, tasks, and the possibility of sometimes working with other clients.

Requirements for the position

• CE license

• Valid tachograph card

• Valid professional driver certificate (YKB)

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Forklift license A+B (meritorious)

• ADR certification (meritorious)

Mobile consultant:

You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work out at our clients. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area. Selection is ongoing, and hiring may occur before the application deadline.
