Prästkragen Montessori Preschool is a parent cooperative that has been in Kålltorp for over 30 years. The proximity to nature and the city creates good conditions for excursions and for experiencing Gothenburg's cultural offerings. The fact that the preschool is run as a parent cooperative means that the staff has the pedagogical responsibility for the preschool and that engaged parents handle the practical and administrative tasks outside of daily operations. The preschool has space for 40 children and is divided into three departments: Nyckelpigan, Fjärilen, and Humlan. For us, both the children's and the staff's well-being is important, which means we strive for high staff density and small child groups.

We are a Montessori preschool that works according to Maria Montessori's pedagogy and philosophy. Every individual is unique, and our goal is for each child to develop at their own pace in a stimulating and prepared environment. Our operations are characterized by a calm atmosphere, warmth, respect, and engagement, where we together create a place for learning for both children and adults.

Who are you?

We are now looking for a childcare worker at 80% who, with great commitment to our youngest fellow humans, wants to help develop our preschool together with us. The employment is a fixed-term contract until the summer.

You have a positive attitude and good collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who, together with our other colleagues, wants to make Prästkragen Montessori Preschool even better.

Previous experience working in preschool is a requirement. Montessori experience is an advantage.
