About the position:

Caverion is growing in our assignments, and we now have an exciting role as a team leader for our client Saab in Linköping, Tannefors. Caverion and Saab have an agreement regarding technical management, operation, and maintenance of properties nationally. It is a partnership agreement based on mutual trust and transparency. We are moving towards an exciting future and building a team that consists of a close-knit group that is nationally responsible for our client's property portfolio.

Job Responsibilities.

In this role, you will have a key position where you lead and develop a service team of about 15 employees and have a central role in the daily dialogue with the client and the ordering party. You are responsible for understanding the needs of the client and the operations and translating them into effective working methods by driving, communicating, and coordinating the assignment from planning to execution. The role offers great freedom under responsibility and gives you the opportunity to influence both working methods and results. At the same time, it places high demands on business acumen, financial follow-up, and a strong customer focus to build long-term and sustainable relationships. As a leader, you actively work to develop the team and its areas of responsibility, ensure a functioning personnel administration, follow up on finances, and create structure through both long-term and daily planning.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical education or equivalent experience gained through work life, as well as a good understanding of operation and maintenance within properties, preferably electrical. You are a confident and present leader with a soft and inclusive approach, who finds it easy to create engagement and help others grow. You enjoy taking responsibility and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, both in daily work and from a long-term perspective. We believe you have previous experience in a supervisory role; the most important thing is your ability and willingness to develop both people and the business. You are communicative and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and contribute to a positive collaborative climate.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
