Service Technician at Nordisk Truck-Trans

We are currently looking for a service technician for our subsidiary Nordisk Truck-Trans, part of Toyota Material Handling. Job Responsibilities:

As a service technician with us, high service levels and punctuality are key principles. You will ensure that our customers always have well-functioning forklifts and that any unplanned downtime is handled quickly and efficiently. With your own service vehicle, you will start from home and travel to customers. You work independently, responsible for your own planning and how you solve your tasks. At the same time, you are part of a team where everyone helps and supports each other. The role involves a free and exciting job with many pleasant meetings with our customers.

Your Profile:

Currently, we are a group of workshop technicians and we are now looking to expand our team with a field technician. To thrive in the job, you should find it easy to interact with different people, have a technical interest, and enjoy solving problems. You understand the importance of nurturing the customer relationship. We see it as a given that you have the will, interest, and professionalism in the work you perform.

We are looking for someone who:

• feels secure working independently
• has a B driver's license
• has a technical background, such as vehicle, electrical programs, or equivalent competencies
• can combine physical work with administrative tasks
• is an engaged and interested team member
• sees technical problems as a fun and exciting challenge
• has the ability to foresee and prioritize tasks and ensure they are completed

Meritorious:

• YH education for service technicians
• Experience and previous familiarity with repairs on forklifts
• Knowledge of hydraulics and vehicle electricity, mechanics, and combustion engines
• Good knowledge of English as we have documentation that may be in English
