Sumplings is a modern and rapidly growing restaurant in Brandbergen that focuses on sushi, dumplings, and bowls – with high quality, personal service, and a love for the craft at its core. We are passionate about delivering great food and a pleasant experience to our guests.

About the Position

We are now looking for an experienced sushi chef to strengthen our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi, etc.), handling ingredients, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily preparation of sushi and related dishes
• Preparation and handling of ingredients, primarily fish and rice
• Maintaining good hygiene and order in the kitchen
• Contributing ideas and creativity to the menu

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a sushi chef (at least 1 year)
• Has a sense for taste, form, and details
• Works quickly, cleanly, and in an organized manner
• Is responsible, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Speaks Swedish or English

Salary: 160 SEK / hour + OB 30 SEK
