Responsibilities

• Take responsibility and effectively collaborate with team members to achieve the project goals
• Make fact-based decisions in order to progress
• Lead product adaptation design work for the Alingsås product portfolio requested by clients and/or Product Management
• Create installation instructions for the HVAC/HVDC product portfolio required to fulfill client and project needs
• Responsible for the HVAC/HVDC product portfolio product care
• Support other departments with product knowledge, technical clarification etc.
• Maintain CAD data and use the change management process in our Windchill PLM system
• Lead a great and experienced team of design engineers and document specialists to success.
• Ensure and execute compliance with HSE rules
• Control internal expenses according to the budget

Requirements

• University degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Over 5 years’ experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience in project management is a merit
• MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP and PDM systems is advantageous
• CAD tools experience is beneficial
• Swedish and English. German is a bonus. Additional languages are considered a merit
