As a summer substitute with us, you will have an exciting, developing, and meaningful job where you have the opportunity to make a difference for others every day.

We are looking for individuals who are at least 18 years old and interested in working with people, wanting to work in care for individuals with disabilities, in home care, or in one of our special accommodations for the elderly.

Qualifications

To thrive with us, you should have a genuine interest in working with people, be flexible, responsible, responsive to others' needs, have good service skills, and be able to collaborate well.

We prefer that you have an ongoing or completed upper secondary education with a focus on care and support, child and leisure programs, or other education that we assess as equivalent. We also accept applications from individuals without formal education in care and support. Previous experience in care work is an advantage but not a requirement. Documentation is an important part of your duties, so it is essential that you have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
