The Child and Youth Rehabilitation is an organization responsible for habilitation services for children and adolescents aged 0-17 with movement disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or autism. We take a holistic view of the child's/youth's needs and follow their development over time. In Bollnäs, we are a dedicated interdisciplinary team that works closely with the team in Hudiksvall, creating good accessibility for our patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an occupational therapist with us, you will meet patients and guardians at the clinic, at home, in preschool/school, and other places in the patient's environment. We also offer a high proportion of digital healthcare contacts via Min Vård Gävleborg.

As an occupational therapist with us, you will work with:

• assessment and treatment of activity/participation in daily life
• provision and follow-up of assistive devices
• guidance/training/group activities for patients and guardians
• collaboration with other healthcare and municipal services.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who stands out through their good collaboration skills, enabling you to easily build strong relationships and work effectively in teams. You are attentive to others' opinions and have the ability to build trust and consensus with both colleagues and patients/family members, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. You are also flexible and adaptable, meaning you can quickly adjust to changing circumstances or when the work requires it. Furthermore, we see that you are proactive, take responsibility, and dare to think outside the box.

In the role of occupational therapist, you should:

• be a licensed occupational therapist
• have a valid driver's license (B).

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working with children or adults with disabilities.
